Online Return Policy

● Sale merchandise is final sale and non-refundable. This includes any and all items purchased using a promo code.

Jewelry, hats, scarves, bodysuits, swimsuits and lingerie are always final sale.

● Non-sale accessories (sunglasses, handbags) are returnable for an online store credit only if shipped within 7 days of receipt.

● Non-sale clothing and shoes are refundable back to the credit card if shipped within 7 days of receipt.

● In order to receive a return of any kind, the plastic return tags must be attached to the merchandise. If you received your item without one, please contact us immediately at sales@edoubletake.com If you remove the plastic return tag for any reason, it will be final sale and not returnable.

● Please email Rachel@edoubletake.com detailing your reason for return prior to shipping the item back to us. All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out to the store they were shipped from unless otherwise arranged. We will review your items and process your return if you meet the above parameters. Please use a trackable and insured carrier as we are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in the mail. We reserve the right to refuse any returns and/or store credits if the item/items do not match the condition in which they were sent.
